Privacy, the short version

• No accounts, no sign-up. The FEE-DUHL Sounds app never requires your name, email, or any personal information. Buying a poster from our website naturally involves contact and shipping details, described under Purchases below.
• The greeting is optional and private. You may enter a name in the app so it can greet you. That name is stored only on your device, is never sent to us, and can be changed or removed anytime.
• Your data stays on your device. Progress, settings, your access code, and any name you enter are stored locally in your browser; we do not receive them.
• No advertising, no tracking pixels, no analytics scripts in the app.
• The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
• Our hosting provider processes standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and secure the site, as all websites require.
• Fonts load from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting files from Google’s servers.
• Questions: support@tedyapps.com, though note there is typically nothing for us to delete, since we hold no user accounts.

Purchases from our website

• Payments are handled by Stripe. When you buy from tedyapps.com, checkout happens on Stripe's secure pages. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and never reaches our servers; we never see or store it. Stripe processes your payment information under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• What we receive. To fulfill your order we receive your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. We use them to pack and ship your order, send you order updates, collect required sales tax, and provide support.
• What we keep. We keep order records, including which app access code shipped with your order, so we can help you if a code or delivery ever needs support. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your details for marketing without your permission.
• Receipts are emailed by Stripe when your payment succeeds. Shipping updates may come from us or from the postal carrier.

Terms of use

• FEE-DUHL Sounds and all TEDYAPPS™ content, including the TEDYAPPS™ Pronunciation System, artwork, audio, and games, are our intellectual property, licensed to you for personal, non-commercial family use.
• An access code grants a personal license for your household’s devices. Codes may not be resold, published, or shared publicly; we may deactivate codes that are.
• The app and website are provided “as is” without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
• Poster purchases made on Amazon are additionally governed by Amazon’s terms and return policy.
• We may update these terms as the product grows; the latest version always lives on this page.
